International Schools Partnership (ISP) on embedding digital best practice to improve global CX

Meet Rory O’Toole, Group Head of Customer Service at ISP – International Schools Partnership.

In his role Rory oversees customer service for the ISP Group, a growing portfolio of 87 international schools across 24 countries, all aiming to deliver a transformative education to students and their families. Over 85,000 pupils are enrolled in the schools, with over 10,000 employees working across the business.

ISP has 11 individual regions each with its own marketing programme and personnel, in this interview Nay and Rory discuss the journey he is on to embed digital best practise guidelines and processes across the schools’ varied locations. This transformation aims to more accurately assess challenges, test and learn, and deploy digital efficiencies to attract new pupils to their schools.
