We are delighted to announce we are now looking for a Digital Producer to join the Perfect Storm team! You will be working within a fast-paced delivery environment, leading and advising key stakeholders. The role will be a blend of client service, project management and strategic thinking. You’ll be working closely with our freelance partners to create work that delivers outstanding outcomes for some outstanding brands! 

 

The Role: 

  • Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with key client contacts at all levels 
  • Working alongside our clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions against those 
  • Leading on the delivery of fully integrated digital campaigns for clients in both consumer and B2B sectors 
  • Developing a deep knowledge of the brand and its customers, enabling you to ensure they are represented in all work 
  • Ensuring appropriate KPIs are established and monitored throughout to understand the impact our work is having 
  • Creating proposals as required and ensure all costs are tracked and monitored against these 
  • Creating clear and concise briefs for our partners in order to create work that delivers impact 
  • Managing the delivery of work to agreed budgets and timings 
  • Be responsible for creating and communicating an on-going narrative in relation to our works progress and performance 
  • Create and maintain up to date WIPs to ensure all team members understand the status of plans & projects 
  • Keep abreast of marketing and industry developments, advising clients where appropriate 

 

Your Experience:  

You will ideally come from an agency in a client facing environment or operated at a marketing management capacity in a client-side role. You must have proven ability of managing a combination of integrated content, campaigns and web development projects. 

You’ll possess superb organisational, communication and relationship-building skills and be comfortable leading and advising clients on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel delivery, be comfortable using data to tell a narrative around performance and have an appreciation for the wider marketing mix. Experience in paid media would also be beneficial for this role. 

You must have strong project management skills and have the ability to juggle multiple stands of activity at once. You will be able to advise a client, bringing in the strategy team at the correct points. You will have a positive approach, be calm under pressure and be great at motivating other team members.
