Balance
If you’re in our team you are important to us, that means looking after your mental health and having a good work/life balance. We are aware that people have lives outside of work; so work to suit your life. We’re always open to ideas, and if it supports you to do your best work, we're on board.
Develop
As we’re a small team, we believe we all learn from each other every day. We want you to learn and develop to be the best you can be, in turn we will also learn from you! More formally you’ll have quarterly personal development meetings lead by you, you will let us know where you want to go and we can work out a plan to get you there.
Enjoy
We do love a lunch out and a beer after work. We also have a quarterly bash to celebrate all that we have achieved in the last couple of months, that could be an escape room or a trip to Dublin; but what makes our culture truly great is that you’ll always be able to make your voice heard because we really care about you being your best and your happiest every day.
