STRAT7 Researchbods is the leading provider of global Insight Communities. They blend data, technology and sharp thinking to bring customers and brands closer – putting the voice of consumers at your fingertips for faster, smarter and better-informed decisions.

Researchbods is a well-established community-based research platform that was. The challenge they were facing was that the business had grown and gone from strength to strength as they approached 10 years of trading. They have developed an industry-leading technology platform and have some of the best people in the market providing clients with insights that give them a competitive advantage leading to growth. However, this was not being outwardly communicated, the brand proposition was outdated, and the visual identity, website and communications felt tired.

We worked closely with Researchbods to define, design and develop a transformative user experiences across the brand’s touchpoints. With our tried and tested brand planning methodologies combined with in-depth customer research, we were able to arrive at a purpose for the brand, the underlying essence of what makes them relevant and necessary to their clients.

This ultimately informed our brand idea ‘The Insight Edge’ and allowed our team of creative, design and copywriting specialists a foundation on which to develop a new visual identity, strategy and guidelines. Part of our in-depth work involved a UX workshop to identify key frustrations, working with the audience data to create the optimal user journeys.


The investment made in research and strategy early on, allowed us to reimagine the website and all other brand touchpoints to create a brand and website which truly reflects Strat7 Researchbods leading position in the research market. We’ve established a long term relationship with the team at Strat7 based on trust and outstanding work. It’s early days but already the rebrand has been very well received in the market by clients and peers.

Currently, we are delivering their new marketing and communications strategies and campaigns which will be the acid test for the success of the rebrand and we will be able to quantify the success with key metrics.
